What is your refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable to another person. We can assist you with the transfer if needed.
Do I need to take a holiday to participate?
Picture this event as a workation that seamlessly blends work and leisure. Dance classes and activities mostly take place in the evenings and on weekends, giving you plenty of time to focus on your work during the day while still immersing yourself in the experience.
Is accommodation included?
No, accommodation is not included. We want to keep this experience affordable and flexible, allowing everyone to choose what best suits their preferences and budget. In the past, participants have enjoyed selecting their own stay, as there will be daily activities to connect with the group and experience Cali together.
Where in Cali should I look for accommodation?
All dance classes will take place in San Antonio, so we recommend looking for accommodation in San Antonio, El Peñón, or Granada. These neighborhoods are vibrant, close to the action, and offer great options for a comfortable stay.
Can I connect with other participants before the event?
Yes! We have a WhatsApp group for all participants to connect before the event, share rides from the airport, and even plan meetups or hangouts before it all begins.
What type of program can I expect?
In Cali, our days are designed to balance work, dance, and exploration. Mornings and early afternoons are flexible, allowing time for coworking sessions or personal work. Early evenings are dedicated to daily Latin dance classes with top instructors. For those who still have energy, the nights offer a wide selection of salsa clubs to continue dancing and soaking up the local scene or simply catch up over a group dinner. On weekends, we take the salsa practice to the streets at Calle del Sabor or other iconic spots, explore Cali’s vibrant culture and discover the city’s beautiful natural surroundings.
What is the best way to get to Cali?
The best way to get to Cali is by flying into Alfonso Bonilla Aragón International Airport (CLO), which is the city’s main airport. It has direct connections from several international hubs like Bogotá, Medellín, Panama City, and Miami. From the airport, you can take an official taxi to the city center, which is about a 30-40 minute drive. We also have a WhatsApp group where participants can coordinate ride-sharing from the airport.
